The “Fukushima Miss Peach Cake” is a cake made from “Miss Peach,” a brand of peaches representing Fukushima Prefecture. Taking advantage of its large size, freshness, and rich sweetness, the cake is made with a fromage blanc base and is richly decorated with large peaches.
