New York Perfect Cheese, born in 2017, is a cheese confectionery specialty store supervised by three internationally renowned cheese professionals. With carefully selected cheeses from around the world as the main ingredients, the store offers New York-style cheese sweets with a particular focus on taste, aroma, and texture. By the way…it is called New York style, but it is a Japanese made pastry.
Signature product “New York Perfect Cheese
The signature product is the “New York Perfect Cheese,” a slightly Gouda cheese-scented tuile sandwiched between milk cream and cheese-flavored chocolate sticks. The product is made at the optimum temperature, humidity, and baking method, so that the rich aroma and flavor of the cheese can be enjoyed.
Due to the limited number of items, sales will be held twice a day during the period, from 10:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. Sales will end when the planned number of items has been sold.
