The InterContinental Hotel Osaka will hold a cheese-themed sweets buffet, “OH MY CHEESE,” from October 1 (Fri.) to November 28 (Sun.), 2021.
New “Cheese” Themed Sweets Buffet at InterContinental Hotel Osaka
The InterContinental Hotel Osaka’s NOKA Roast & Grill has gained popularity for its diverse sweets buffet featuring seasonal themes and seasonal ingredients. The “OH MY CHEESE” buffet, which will be held for the first time this year, will be based on the theme of “cheese” and will offer sweets that use an abundance of about 13 kinds of cheese, including mascarpone, camembert, ricotta, and cheddar.
A wide variety of cheeses combined with autumn flavors
The buffet table is decorated with about 35 kinds of sweets and savories prepared by Daisuke Kondo, Executive Pastry Chef of InterContinental Hotel Osaka. In addition to the standard cheese desserts such as cheesecake and tiramisu, you can also enjoy seasonal sweets that combine ingredients representative of autumn such as “Caramelized persimmon with fontine bleu” and “Crème d’oeuvre with chestnuts and puy da moule”.
In addition to the above, the menu also includes “Sweet Cheese Fondue,” which is full of warm cheese that melts in your mouth, and “Cheese Tea,” which is rich in flavor, allowing you to enjoy the profound world of cheese sweets.
