Cheesecake specialty store “Mr. CHEESECAKE” will open its second “Mr. CHEESECAKE Your City” limited-time store in Nagano, Kyoto, and Osaka, starting with the Nagano location on September 15, 2022 (Thursday).

Mr. Cheesecake” by Koji Tamura, a chef who worked at a Michelin-starred restaurant, specializes in cheesecakes that are sold online only on Sundays and Saturdays. He proposes “the best cheesecake of your life,” made with the delicious memories of his mother and the sensitivity he has cultivated as a chef.

Designed to bring the cheesecake to more fans, this limited-time store offers the classic cheesecake with a rich yet fragile mouthfeel and the sweet and refreshing aroma created by vanilla, lemon, and tonka bean with a refrigerated bag. It is ideal for home use or as a small souvenir.

The lineup also includes autumn-only flavors that are rich in autumnal delicacies. Two flavors will be available: “Mr. Cheesecake Annouimo,” which enhances the sweetness of rich Annouimo with roasted Annouimo peel powder and the savory aroma of cacao nibs; and “Mr. Cheesecake Pumpkin Hazelnut,” which combines the richness of pumpkin and the flavor of hazelnuts.
