PABLO and Deglab Soft Ice Cream Laboratory have collaborated to create a new sweet, “Cheese Airy Soft Ice Cream,” available only at the Shinsaibashi flagship store from August 13, 2021 (Fri.).

Pablo’s Cheese Tart Becomes “Flower Bouquet” Soft Serve Ice Cream

The “Fresh Cheese Airy Soft Serve Cream,” newly added to the grand menu at PABLO Shinsaibashi, is a “bouquet sweet” created in collaboration with Deglab Soft Serve Cream Laboratory. The cream is squeezed like a fluttering frill, giving it a lovely appearance and an airy taste.

The milk soft ice cream is mixed with the same cream cheese used in the renewed “Pablo Melted Cheese Tart,” Pablo’s signature sweet, and you can enjoy the flavor of the cheese tart with a light and “cool” texture. In addition, 20% of the ingredients are fresh cream cheese, which gives it a rich taste with the rich aroma of raw milk.
