A sweets buffet with a resort mood inspired by the “southern island”
At Hilton Osaka, we have prepared about 20 types of resort-style sweets inspired by the “southern island” with the hope of relaxing in the summer of 2023, which is expected to be extremely hot. We have a beautiful lineup based on refreshing blue, such as “Blue Water & Sands”, which is inspired by the transparent sea and white sands of Miyakojima, and “Turtle Nesting Peach Mousse”, which is reminiscent of a beautiful beach where sea turtles stop by.
The “secret trapped in shells” is a resort experience with all five senses, with the flavors of Okinawan sanpin tea and mango, as well as the scent of vanilla and the texture of coconut. In addition, the “Sea of Tart”, which catches the eye with its glittering visuals, is a dish made by squeezing seaweed salt and milk chocolate cream like a wave. Combined with grapefruit agar, it is reminiscent of the fantastic space of the sea.
