The “Christmas Teddy Bear Tea Party” is an afternoon tea and buffet that was also held in 2020 and was very popular. You can enjoy a total of 22 kinds of gorgeous sweets and savories inspired by teddy bears and Christmas.
The sweets and savories are first served individually on a three-tiered afternoon tea stand. After that, you can enjoy as much food as you like on the buffet table.
“Macarons and cream puffs with a bear motif
Among the many sweets, the most notable are the “Macaron Bear” with an illustration of a bear, and the “Honey Financier Bear Hand” with a bear’s hand expressed in financier. There is also an orange cake topped with the bear’s face, and a chocolate/caramel/banana puff with an adorable bear-shaped chocolate.
“Make your own teddy bear cake.
The Teddy Bear Cake, a sweet treat served individually at the table, is a combination of rich honey chocolate mousse cake and lemon custard cream. The bear’s face is made by placing chocolate parts on it and finishing it with your own hands.
Luxurious food menu including truffle-scented burgers
There is also a full lineup of savory dishes. Mushroom risotto with an al dente texture and mini cheeseburgers with truffle flavored coleslaw sandwiches are just a few of the extravagant items on the menu for the Christmas season.
The sweets were created by Fabien Martin, executive pastry chef, and the savory dishes were created by Aldo Quiroiroiro, head chef of Splendido Italian Cuisine.
