BANDAI SPIRITS Lotto Innovation Division has launched “Ichiban Kuji Lottery Rilakkuma – Ribbon-Filled Party”, the latest in its no-hazure character lottery series, at Lawson, Rilakkuma stores, Ichiban Kuji Lottery ONLINE, and other retailers from March 1, 2022 (Tuesday).
