From the Yokohama Royal Park Hotel, Easter limited afternoon tea “Landmark Afternoon Tea ‘Happy Easter!’ (Happy Easter!)” is now available. It will be held from April 1st (Sat) to April 27th (Thursday), 2023 at the Delica & Lounge “Coffret” on the 1st floor.
Afternoon tea to celebrate Easter
Yokohama Royal Park Hotel’s new afternoon tea focuses on “Easter”, which celebrates the arrival of spring. Cute sweets and savory with motifs of rabbits and eggs that symbolize Easter decorate the tea stand.
Easter sweets that look cute
The sweets include the “vanilla-flavored cupcake” with a cute bunny butt, the “rare cheesecake” with an eye-catching visual that looks like a fried egg, and the “panna cotta and lemon fruit jelly” with fresh fruit confined in jelly. There is a lineup of products that look gorgeous.
In addition, there are a wide variety of sweets unique to Easter, such as “White Chocolate Mousse” with a cute chick sticking out of the egg, colorful eggs and rabbit-shaped macaroons.
Scone & Savory
There are two types of scones that are indispensable for afternoon tea: refreshing lemon scones and plain scones. For savory, you can taste the chef’s prided items such as prosciutto melon, egg salad tartine, and rice croquette with truffle.
Easter limited cake
Furthermore, at the delicatessen and lounge “Coffret” on the 1st floor, they sell “Oeuf,” a cake made in the image of an Easter egg. An egg with sweet and sour raspberries and strawberry white chocolate mousse is set on top of a matcha sable that looks like a lawn. Surrounded by plenty of rabbit-shaped icing cookies and fresh fruit.
