Cherry blossom sweets with Japanese taste

Hotel Gajoen Tokyo presents “Sakura Afternoon Tea” with a selection of menus that highlight the color of cherry blossoms. Sweets include “Sakura and Strawberry Mont Blanc”, fresh strawberries covered in strawberry cream on top of cherry sweet bean paste, “Shiokoji Mousse” with cherry bean paste in between, and “Mugwort Scone” with bean paste butter. There are 7 kinds of items with a Japanese taste, such as.

For savory, pay attention to the “salmon sandwich smoked with Meguro River cherry blossoms”. The rich smoked salmon is perfectly combined with the texture of carrot rapees and the acidity of sour cream.

They also have cherry blossom cocktails.

In addition, original cocktails with the theme of cherry blossoms will also appear. We propose two types of cocktails, “Sakura Smoked Highball” and “Sakura Moni”, which use honey smoked from thinning wood chips of Meguro River cherry blossoms.
