Taste of Hokkaido in Summer & Bright Summer Fruits
“Hokkaido & Summer Fruit Buffet” is a buffet where you can enjoy both authentic dishes that use plenty of summer Hokkaido fruits and sweets that use bright seasonal fruits. From the mountains and seas of Hokkaido, there are snow crabs and Tokachi burdock roots, as well as seasonal fruits such as pineapples and mangoes.
“Finish in front of you” roast beef and Hokkaido cheese corner
The menu includes a menu full of Hokkaido flavors. All-you-can-eat luxurious seafood such as snow crab and shelled scallops, as well as roast beef that you can “finish in front of you” with Hokkaido wasabi. In addition, you can’t miss the original menu such as “Roasted Pork Belly and Tokachi Burdock Frit”, which incorporates a wide variety of ingredients from Tokachi.
