Eggs ‘n Things has introduced Uji green tea fondant pancakes for a limited time only. In addition, “Eggs ‘n Benedict with Prosciutto, Cream Cheese & Avocado” and “Uji Matcha Whipped Latte” will also be available. The sales period is from Friday, April 1, 2022 to Wednesday, April 27, 2022.
Limited edition pancakes with rich “Uji green tea
The “Uji Matcha Fondant Pancake” is a seasonal pancake that overflows with a “melt-in-your-mouth” ganache made from rich Uji matcha green tea. The top is generously decorated with smooth and rich mascarpone cream, while sweet and sour strawberries and matcha ice cream are also served on the plate, creating a visually gorgeous dish. The pancakes also come with Eggs ‘n Things’ famous voluminous whipped topping, so it is recommended to enjoy them while mixing them with the pancakes.
Limited drink and food menus are also available.
Also available at the same time will be a limited edition drink featuring rich matcha green tea, as well as a limited edition eggs Benedict with prosciutto, cream cheese and avocado, “Prosciutto, Cream Cheese and Avocado Eggs ‘n Benedict.
