Brunch Cafe FLIPPER’S has introduced a limited time menu item, “Miracle Pancake, Full of Amaou,” which will be available from March 26 (Sun.) to May 8 (Sun.), 2022.
Flipper’s Limited Menu “Miracle Pancakes: Pole Full of Amaou”
Brunch Cafe Flippers is popular for its signature menu item, “Miracle Pancake,” which offers a new texture that melts softly in the mouth. This time, as the second installment of the “Strawberry Fair” themed on “strawberry picking,” a special pancake using Amaou strawberries and Haagen-Dazs ice cream will be added to the menu lineup.
Topped with an overflowing amount of Amaou
The soufflé pancakes, made with eggs from contract poultry farm Chikucho Farm, are topped with an overflowing amount of Amaou’s that cover the pancakes, Hokkaido cream with rich vanilla beans from Madagascar, and Haagen-Dazs “Strawberry” ice cream. Drizzle maple syrup (optional) over the top to complete this luxurious dish, and enjoy the juicy taste of the strawberries.
Pairing drink “Rooibos Tea with Amaou and Mori Strawberries
Also new is the “Amaou and Mori Strawberry Rooibos Tea” as a pairing drink to accompany the release of the limited edition pancakes. The drink has a refreshing strawberry-scented flavor with puree of Amaou added.
