Brunch café FLIPPER’S has introduced a new menu item, “Miracle Pancakes: Superb Melon,” which will be available for a limited time from July 6 (Tuesday) to 25 (Sunday), 2021.
Yubari Melon Pancakes, the Third in the “Domestic Premium Fruit Relay”
Flippers is popular for its signature menu item, “Miracle Pancakes,” which is based on the concept of “the best dish made with fresh eggs from the contract poultry farm, Taketori Farm. This time, as the third installment of the “Domestic Premium Fruit Relay” pancake fair using domestic premium fruits, a limited edition pancake using Hokkaido’s Yubari melon will join the lineup.
Yubari King Melon Topping for “Miracle Pancakes
Based on the “Miracle Pancake”, which offers a new fluffy texture and a new experience of melting in your mouth, the pancake is lavishly topped with Yubari King Melon, which is characterized by its mellow aroma, rich sweetness and melt-in-your-mouth texture. The pancakes are topped with a rich vanilla cream made with vanilla paste from Madagascar, coconut ice cream, Takami-melon pulp sandwiched between the pancakes, and a tropical passion custard sauce.

In addition, the “Miracle Pancake with Amaozu”, which was voted the best pancake in the Flippers’ 5th anniversary project “Let’s choose together! The “Miracle Pancakes with Amao”, which won first place in Flippers’ 5th anniversary project, “Miracle Pancakes I Want to Eat Again”, is back. The “Miracle Pancake with Summer Strawberries” will be on sale for one month only, from July 9 (Tuesday) to August 9 (Monday), 2021, upgraded with seasonal strawberries.
