The first “Japanese flavor” in the Meiji Essel Super Cup Sweet’s series is now available. The new product is a Japanese sweet that expresses the taste of Uji green tea tiramisu, with a focus on the thick green tea sauce.
The ice cream is a “layered” ice cream dessert consisting of “green tea ice cream” with the elegant flavor of Uji green tea and “mascarpone cheese ice cream” with the richness of milk. In between the two types of ice cream, a green tea sauce made from a generous amount of Uji green tea is placed to add a deep bitterness and elegant umami taste.
