The “Melting Strawberry Cheese Tart, Small Size” is a cheese tart with the sweet and sour flavor of strawberries and a smooth texture.
The cheesecloth is baked with fleshy strawberry confiture sandwiched in between and topped with a generous layer of strawberry confiture gelée for a glossy appearance.
It is also finished in a rather small size, perfect for one or two people to enjoy, making it the perfect accompaniment for cherry blossom viewing.
