The “Sakuhoro Cookie POLCOCON” is a new reinterpretation of the Western confectionery known as “beurre de neige” in French, “snowball” in English, and “polvoron” in Spanish, all in the Gion Tsujiri style. The cookies are made without any eggs, and are light and attractive, falling apart in one’s mouth.
Aromatic green tea powder sugar is sprinkled on the dough with a soft and fluffy texture.
The lovely bite-sized dough is made with Gion Tsujiri’s unique aromatic matcha green tea and powdered sugar. The rich and flavorful matcha and the “crunchy” texture of the dough create a simple yet exquisite harmony that can be enjoyed.
The pop-up package, available in cube and paper tube types, is designed in a fresh green color reminiscent of matcha tea leaves. Unusually for a beurre de nage, each one is individually wrapped, so it is recommended not only for yourself, but also as a small souvenir for friends and family.
