The fair “Hokkaido & Tohoku Good Food Festival” is being held at Hamazushi from August 19, 2012. Hokkaido sama flounder, Hokkaido saury, steamed scallops from Aomori, large sliced silver salmon from Miyagi, Yamagata cold ramen, etc. are on sale.

The following are some examples of products that will be sold at this year’s fair, “Hokkaido & Tohoku Umaimon Festival. This fair ends on September 1st, so if you’re interested, go early!
Hokkaido sago flounder with good fat and crunch. Price: 110 yen (tax included). Hokkaido Sanma (Pacific saury) with seasonal flavor. Price: 165 yen (tax included). Steamed scallops from Aomori Prefecture. It is softly boiled while retaining its delicious flavor. Price: 110 yen (tax included) Large slices of silver salmon from Miyagi Prefecture. The meat is soft, rich, and fatty. Price: 110 yen (tax included).
Yamagata chilled ramen noodles
This ramen, popular mainly in Yamagata Prefecture, is based on two types of soy sauce with the added flavor of kelp from Hokkaido, bonito flakes from Yaizu, mackerel flakes, and shiitake mushrooms. The price is 418 yen (tax included).
All products will be sold out as soon as they are gone, so get to the store early!
