Conrad Osaka proposes a variety of sweets buffets that change with the seasons, seasonal ingredients, and trends. This time, there will be a total of 20 types of sweets that combine chocolate with cherry, which is popular for its refreshing taste and texture, and American sweets that are based on the theme of American cherries, which are in season from spring to early summer.
The buffet is decorated with “Black Forest Cake”, which is a rich chocolate cake sandwiched between cherries flavored with cherry liqueur and fresh cream, and the bright “American Cherry Tart”, which is an almond tart with cherry compote. There is a lineup of American sweets arranged with cherries.
