“Nordic Strawberry Celebration Sweets Buffet” is now available from Conrad Tokyo. It will be held from Saturday, March 4, 2023 to Sunday, May 7, 2023 only on Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays at the all-day dining “Cerise” on the 28th floor.
Berry sweets with the image of “Northern Europe in spring”
The sweets buffet that will appear this time is the image of Northern Europe, where spring has arrived after a long winter. With a focus on strawberry and berry sweets associated with the “berry powerhouse” Scandinavia, the lineup also includes traditional Scandinavian cuisine.
The sweets include the “Berry Tart,” which is a classic Finnish blueberry tart with strawberries and raspberries added, and the “Yogurt and Strawberry Berrine,” which uses strawberries sold at Nordic stalls. There are 14 types of products such as Speculoos.
Savory items include the traditional Danish dish “Smoked Salmon and Cheese Smorbrod” and the “Finnish Potato Salad” made with refreshing yogurt. Also, at the live station, “Roasted pork with sauerkraut” will be served.
