LeBRESSO, a bakery specializing in bread with a coffee stand, has introduced a limited time menu item, “Baked Sweet Potato & Vanilla Ice Toast,” in collaboration with the baked sweet potato specialty store Mitsukaya, which will be available at all LeBRESSO stores from November 1 (Mon.) to the end of December 2021.

The “Yaki-imo & Vanilla Ice Toast,” an annual autumn treat, is back this time with a luxurious twist, created in collaboration with Osaka-born baked sweet potato specialty store, Mitsukaya. The toast is topped with baked sweet potatoes and sweet potato chips, the signature products of Mitsukaya, which is particular about making its own soil.
A special bread, “Gorogoro Sweet Potato Bread,” also went on sale at the same time.
On the same day, “Gorogorogoro Sweet Potato Bread,” a special bread made with sweet potatoes from the honeysuckle shop, will also go on sale. The sweet potatoes are soaked in honey made from honey-scented black tea, which is famous as a noble tea in Taiwan where it comes from, and mixed into the dough of the most popular Lebresso bread.
