Starbucks’ new cherry blossom goods will be available at Starbucks stores nationwide from February 17, 2022 (Thursday).
New Starbucks “SAKURA Series” Goods for 2022
In 2022, Starbucks will offer two limited-edition drinks reminiscent of cherry blossoms in full bloom, along with limited-edition goods featuring cherry blossom motifs.
The first project “Sense of SAKURA Beauty”.
The first addition to the lineup is a series based on the concept of “Sense of SAKURA Beauty”. Based on the soft cherry blossom color and elegant blue, the series expresses the beauty and fragility of cherry blossoms by capturing the various expressions of cherry blossoms in full bloom.
A variety of goods are available, including a handy stainless steel bottle with a transparent touch depicting cherry blossoms blooming in the spring sky, a stainless steel tumbler with a beautiful gradation of pale blue and pink and embossed with cherry blossoms, a mug boldly shaped like a cherry blossom, and a cherry blossom version of a campus ring notebook made from recycled Starbucks milk cartons.

Personally, I’m partial to the SAKURA2022 Heat-Resistant Glass Aurora, 237ml, 2,970 yen, and the SAKURA2022 Glass Canister, 3,100 yen! The heat-resistant glasses are double-walled, and the bottoms are shaped like cherry blossom petals! The canisters can be used to hold sugar, of course, but they’d also be adorable in a foyer or bathroom as a trinket box!
