The St. Regis Hotel Osaka will be selling Christmas cakes and sweets for 2021, and will be taking reservations from Monday, November 1, 2021 to Saturday, December 18, 2021.
St. Regis Hotel Osaka’s 2021 Christmas Cake
The St. Regis Hotel Osaka will offer a lineup of four visually spectacular Christmas cakes for 2021.
The “Sapin de Noël” Paris-Brest, decorated with stars and resembling a Christmas tree, is a special cake that is perfect for the Christmas season. The two flavors of Paris-Brest, caramel cream and orange jam, chocolate and raspberry sauce, are stacked alternately.
Covered with a white chocolate ribbon, the “Cadeau de Noel” is a strawberry mousse cake that looks like a gift box. The bright pink strawberry mousse is filled with refreshing lemon cream and smooth milk chocolate mousse.
The Buche de Noel is a delightful contrast of different tastes and textures. The savory pistachio mousse and sponge dough are wrapped in a rich chocolate mousse and covered with a chocolate coating containing hazelnuts, creating a layered chocolate cake.
The “Christmas Shortcake” is also available. You can enjoy the harmony of fresh and fragrant strawberries, rich and milky fresh cream, and fine sponge.
Stollen & Santa Claus cookies and other sweets
In addition to Christmas cakes, there are also chocolates, baked goods, and other sweets to add to the Christmas spirit. Chocolates and icing cookies in the shape of snowmen and Santa Claus, as well as star-shaped cinnamon cookies, will make great gifts. The store also offers traditional Christmas sweets such as kougloffs and buttery stollen.
