“Karen” is a new style lunch set that includes authentic sushi and afternoon tea sweets made by a Japanese chef. You can enjoy the gorgeous and delicate taste that expresses the beauty of Japan.
Colorful seasonal vegetable appetizer
First of all, three kinds of seasonal appetizers using seasonal vegetables from Fukuoka Prefecture will appear. A colorful menu carefully woven by the chef will be lined up.
Authentic seasonal sushi five pieces
Next is the authentic seasonal sushi five pieces that make full use of the craftsmanship. Seasonal white meat beautifully arranged on a rein, salmon woven into the tress, squid cut into pine cones and finished like frills, and more, the sushi is full of attention to detail that is pleasing to the eye.
Cocktail sushi layered with sea urchin and salmon roe
Also new is the cocktail sushi, beautifully decorated with tuna, avocado, salmon and kinshi tamago. It is luxuriously topped with salmon roe and sea urchin, and as the layers progress, you can enjoy matching with ingredients.
