Hotel New Otani Osaka has introduced three types of cherry blossom-inspired “cherry blossom sweets” that will be available at Patisserie SATSUKI from March 1, 2022 (Tuesday) until mid-April.

New Cherry Blossom Macarons, a gorgeous assortment of macarons
The “New Cherry Blossom Macarons” are an assortment of macarons decorated in vivid spring colors. The assortment includes seven different flavors, such as “Sakura Macarons” with cherry liqueur-infused sweet bean paste and salted cherry blossoms sandwiched in between, “Sakekasu Macarons” with ganache containing sakekasu, and “Pistachio Macarons” with the perfect combination of Amao, the king of strawberries, and pistachios.
This gorgeous product is recommended not only as a gift for a loved one, but also as a White Day gift or as an accompaniment to cherry-blossom viewing.

Sakura Kuzumochi Jelly” with a unique texture
The cherry blossom-flavored “Sakura Kuzumochi Jelly” has a unique texture that is neither kuzumochi nor jelly. It is topped with thick Kuromitsu Anko (sweet red bean paste) and salted cherry blossoms to create a taste that will keep you coming back for more.

“Sakura Kanten” with two types of bright agar
The Sakura Kanten, which contains two types of agar, has a lovely pink color reminiscent of cherry blossoms, and the addition of Tanba black beans slowly simmered for five days, homemade sweet homemade Kuromitsu Anko, and salted peas add a different texture and flavor.
