Hotel New Otani’s “original” strawberry sweets buffet is celebrating its 10th anniversary since its first event in 2012. To celebrate the 10th anniversary, the buffet will be held from December, one month earlier than usual. This year’s buffet will be held a month earlier than usual in December to celebrate the 10th anniversary, allowing you to enjoy a variety of supreme strawberry sweets one step earlier than usual.
New Super Amaou Shortcake.
Among the many menu items, the “New Super Amaou Shortcake” from Hotel New Otani’s luxury sweets “Super Series” is particularly noteworthy. It is a shortcake made with a batter using “Taiyo Eggs” brand eggs from Nagasaki Prefecture, “Hakata Amaou” eggs that have an excellent balance of sweetness and sourness, and fresh cream from Omuta, Kyushu.
