Hotel New Otani will be selling “Hotel New Otani Special Peach Pancakes” at its three directly managed hotels in Tokyo, Makuhari, and Osaka for a limited time until mid-August 2021.

One of Hotel New Otani’s representative sweets, the “New Otani Special Pancake” is a menu that has evolved with the changes of the seasons, using ingredients such as Amao strawberries, melons, mangoes, and chestnuts carefully selected by the chef patissier.
The pancake batter is a blend of the hotel’s original minor grains and three types of cheese: Italian ricotta, cream cheese, and mascarpone, one of which melts in your mouth and has a light texture, while the other is grilled to a crispy texture so that you can enjoy the different textures. New Otani’s “New Otani Special Pancakes” are now available for the first time using domestic peaches. The “Hotel New Otani Special Peach Pancakes” using “Hitomo Sho”, the highest quality peaches produced in Yamanashi Prefecture, will be available for about two weeks only.
The peach pancake is made with a peach konnyaku jelly that spreads the fragrance of peaches and is lavishly garnished with Japanese peach fruits, soy milk custard cream and lychee in the center, and low-fat cream from Omuta, decorated with a special peach macaron. The result is a pancake with a “fluffy” texture and a peach flavor that can be enjoyed to the fullest.
Specially made brioche French toast with seasonal peaches is also available.
In addition to the pancakes, the “Hotel New Otani’s Special Brioche French Toast” is also topped with seasonal peaches. You can enjoy the harmony of juicy peaches and French toast made by slowly soaking homemade brioche in rich Hachijojima Jersey milk, Nagasaki Prefecture’s Taiyo Eggs, and almond milk, then caramelizing it.
