The pastry store “Patisserie SATSUKI” in the three hotels directly managed by Hotel New Otani (Tokyo, Makuhari, and Osaka) will offer Valentine’s Day sweets from February 1 (Tue) to February 14 (Mon), 2022.
Chocolate-covered assortment from Pierre Hermé Paris
The Valentine’s Day sweets presented by Patisserie SATSUKI is the “SATSUKI CHOCOLATE 3-Tier Box,” a limited assortment of chocolates from Pierre Hermé Paris. The bottom two tiers contain eight types of Pierre Hermé Paris’ popular chocolates, including the crispy “Nougatine” and the classic “Amand Ore”.
The top shelf contains five types of SATSUKI original chocolates, including a moderately bitter “Cafe Latte,” a rich “Caramel,” and a rich “Matcha.

There is also a single-tiered box consisting only of SATSUKI original chocolates. You can enjoy Japanese flavors such as “brown sugar” and “yuzu”.

The chocolate custard cream that connects the fluffy sponge dough is made with caramelized hazelnuts, almonds, rum raisins, and Nagasaki sea salt, and the addition of almond salted caramel custard cream gives it a deep flavor.
