For example, the “Peanut Butter Lattice Sandwich” is a peanut butter cream sandwich made with Matsuzaki Senbei’s “Oedo Matsuzaki Lattice,” a peanut-filled rice cracker. The “Black Lattice Sandwich” combines Oedo-Matsuzaki Black Lattice with cacao nibs and organic chocolate ganache to enhance the flavor of the cacao.
