Hyatt Regency Osaka will hold a limited-time afternoon tea and buffet “Autumn in France” from October 15 (Sat) to December 18 (Sun), 2022, on Saturdays and Sundays only at the 1F “Lobby Lounge.

Autumn in France” is an afternoon tea and buffet themed on France with a classical and artistic sentiment suitable for the autumn of the arts. Autumn ingredients are crossed with traditional French sweets.

Artistic-looking sweets and savories adorn the three-tier stand. The lineup includes terrine chocolates in the color of autumn leaves, made with Valrhona chocolates, and grape eclairs with a beautiful gradation of grape colors.
The savory menu includes a “Nice-style salad,” a regional dish from Provence, France, and “pate de campagne,” a traditional French dish.
At the live station, where chefs serve freshly made crepes on the spot, two types of crepes are available. The “Crème Brulee” is layered with custard cream, berry compote, and more. The “Mushroom Stuffing,” filled with mushroom cream and chicken with herbs, is topped with amani-seeds and pumpkin seeds for a textural delight.
Homemade gelato, French regional dishes and petits fours are served buffet style.
The buffet menu also features a diverse lineup, with a total of five types of homemade gelato, including marron, hazelnut pumpkin, and chocolate, and a total of five types of petits fours. Gougères (puff pastry), a local delicacy from the Burgundy region of France, are baked into bite-sized pieces in three flavors: plain, truffle, and garlic.
Bevarage offers a selection of teas from the long-established German tea brand “Ronnefeldt”. In addition to standard black teas, there is a lineup of herbal and ginger teas that warm the body and are perfect for fall and the cold winter months. In addition, a welcome drink of non-alcoholic cocktails is available on a monthly basis.
