Homage to Shin-chan’s second hometown “Akita”
In connection with Akita Prefecture (where Hiroshi’s father was born), which is the second hometown of Shin-chan, the main character of “Crayon Shin-chan”, an “Ekiben” debuted in collaboration with Sekineya, a long-established bento shop based in Akita. . The colorful menu includes curry-flavored kamaboko with Akita prefecture’s “tonburi”, green peppers that Shin-chan is not good at, and fried shrimp and hamburgers that kids love.
The rice in a separate package uses Akitakomachi rice from Akita Prefecture. By putting a printed film of the Nohara family’s pet dog, Shiro, on top of it, it has a humorous finish with “Shiro” rice. In addition, Shin-chan furikake and original furikake are included in the ekiben set.
