Hotel Chinzanso Tokyo will hold a spring event “Yozakura Unkai and Sakurakoji (night chrryblossom, sea of clouds and cherry blossom path)~Light Art~” in the garden from March 3rd (Friday) to April 9th (Sunday), 2023.
“Yozakura Sea of Clouds and Sakurakoji -Light Art-” at Hotel Chinzanso Tokyo
The Japanese garden at Hotel Chinzanso Tokyo, one of the best cherry blossom spots in Tokyo. In the garden, when the early-blooming “Kawazu-zakura” blooms, the dark red “Okame-zakura”, the large-flowered “Yoko-zakura”, and the lovely light-pink “Someiyoshino” bloom one after another. 100 cherry trees are in full bloom.
In the evening, the popular garden performance “Tokyo Sea of Clouds” and “Yozakura Sea of Clouds”, a collaboration of cherry blossoms, will be held. The whole garden is dyed in a fantastic pink color, and you can enjoy an extraordinary space.
A new spot colored by art of cherry blossoms and light
In 2023, a new spot “Yozakura Unkai to Sakurakoji ~Light Art~” will join the garden production of Hotel Chinzanso Tokyo. Projecting pink cherry blossoms and small yellow flowers, Sansuyu, from the projector onto the path leading from the water wheel to the sacred tree, creates a gorgeous spring mood.
There is also a cherry blossom cocktail inspired by “Tokyo Sea of Clouds”
Furthermore, at the hotel’s main bar “Le Marquee”, we offer a cocktail “The Garden Martini ~ Sakura ~” inspired by “Tokyo Sea of Clouds”. It’s a playful cup that spreads mist when the balloon on the glass pops. Cocktails are made with Japanese sake and Kobucha tea, and are topped with gorgeous dried cherry blossom flowers.
