The “White Peach and Yogurt Cheese Tart” is a refreshing cheese tart decorated with delicate white peach pulp like a flower.
The cheese dough is layered with fleshy white peach confiture and yogurt whipped cream, and filled with sweet and juicy Japanese white peaches. The topping of roasted pistachios is sprinkled on top. When chilled, the soft sourness of the yogurt whipped cream and the rich aroma of the white peaches can be enjoyed even more.
There are two sizes available, one with a diameter of about 15 cm and the other with a diameter of about 11 cm, which is perfect for one or two people to enjoy.
