SHIRO’s Tamanu Oil UV is a sunscreen serum that works as a sunscreen during the day and as a serum for morning and evening skin care. It does not use chemical UV absorbers or scatterers, but only plant ingredients such as ferulic acid from tamanu, croyona, and rice bran to achieve an SPF12 PA+.

Tamanu Oil for UV protection and glowing skin.

More than 50% of Tamanu Oil UV is made up of Tamanu Oil from Okinawa, an ingredient that is also used in Shiro’s skin care products. Tamane oil is a tropical plant that has the ability to protect itself from strong UV rays. Tamanu oil protects the skin from ultraviolet rays, but it does not require cleansing, leading to clear, soft, and glowing skin with each use.

It can be used after applying lotion. It is different from conventional sunscreens in that it has the pleasant feeling of oil. After using Tamanu Oil UV, it is recommended to moisturize with milky lotion or cream before applying base makeup.
