The cute parfait “Koi Minori Strawberry Parfait” using “Koi Minori” brand strawberries is now available at the Westin Hotel Osaka 1F Lobby Lounge. About 10 “Koi Minori” strawberries are lavishly used to create a luxurious “strawberry-full” flavor.
Layers of strawberry mousse with a gentle sweetness, strawberry chocolat rochet with a good texture, and sweet and sour strawberry sauce are layered on top of each other, with delicately cut Koi Minori on the top. The top layer is decorated with delicately cut strawberry koiminori. Another key point is the “heart-shaped” strawberry, which is named after the cute name “Koi Minori”.
These spring sweets, full of sweet and sour tricks to tickle a girl’s fancy, will make for an elegant tea time. Coffee or tea is included, so enjoy a relaxing tea time with family and friends.
