Strawberry Afternoon Tea with Rare Matcha
The “Matcha and Strawberry ‘Le Jardin Sucre’ Afternoon Tea” is a strawberry afternoon tea created in collaboration with Yamamasa Koyamaen, a long-established tea wholesaler in Kyoto. You can enjoy luxurious sweets and other delicacies made with matcha tea, which is produced in Japan at a mere 0.03% of the total amount.
Six types of sweets are available. These include “Strawberry and Matcha Mont Blanc,” a Mont Blanc-shaped strawberry gel cream with fresh strawberries inside, “Bitter and Sweet Matcha Paris-Brest,” made with two different types of sweet matcha cream, and “Strawberry Mint and Matcha Caroline,” an unexpected combination of mint and matcha. and Matcha Caroline,” which offers an unexpected combination of mint and matcha.
