Conrad Tokyo will offer ramen in collaboration with the Michelin-starred restaurant “SOBAHOUSE Konjiki Hototogisu” for a limited time from June 1, 2023 (Thursday) to August 31, 2023 (Thursday).
Conrad Tokyo x Michelin 1-star ramen restaurant “Shio Soba”
SOBAHOUSE Konjiki Hototogisu is a popular ramen shop that has been awarded one star in the “Michelin Guide Tokyo” and has opened overseas. They offer ramen made with more than 60 different ingredients and flavorful homemade noodles made from 100% domestic wheat.
This is a collaboration between Konjiki Kojo and Conrad Tokyo. Konjiki Fujoki’s commitment Japanese-style dashi soup and homemade salt soba noodles are topped with an elegant boiled egg using white soy sauce and Conrad Tokyo’s homemade chashu to complete a luxurious ramen that can only be tasted here.
3 types of condiments for even more flavor
In addition, there are 3 types of condiments that allow you to enjoy different flavors. If you add “Truffle and Mushroom Duxelles”, the scent of truffle spreads in the seafood soup, making it even more flavorful. “Fresh tomato and basil quecca sauce” with fresh tomato, basil and lemon scent gives the seafood soup a refreshing Italian taste. Stir-fried chorizo and hazelnuts to condense the spiciness and umami of the “chorizo and hazelnut spicy oil” will give the seafood soup a stimulating twist.
