Nenrin-ya’s popular autumn-only baumkuchen, “Straight Baum Chocolat & Cocoa,” is now available again in 2021. The chocolate baumkuchen is baked moistly with cocoa kneaded into it, and then drizzled with chocolate to give it a mellow aroma and luxurious chocolate flavor.
You can eat it as it is, or heat it up in the microwave. The chocolate coating melts away, and you can enjoy the soft and moist taste of freshly made baumkuchen as if it were chocolate fondue.
