Nenrin-ya, a baumkuchen specialty store, has released a limited-time baumkuchen, “Straight Baum with Lemon Fondant,” which will be sold at Nenrin-ya stores from April 15, 2022 (Friday) until mid-June.
Limited edition baumkuchen with “lemon fondant”
Straight Balm with Lemon Fondant” is a baumkuchen with “sweet and sour lemon fondant” made from the juice of Mediterranean lemons. The fondant loosens in the mouth, spreading the juicy lemon acidity. The top is topped with a lemon slice to accentuate the fresh flavor.
The Straight Balm Lemon Fondant Grazed will be served in a special package with an illustration of a lemon.
