PABLO, a freshly baked cheese tart specialty store, has introduced an autumn limited edition tart, “Earl Grey Scented Annona Potato Cheese Tart,” which will be available for a limited time only from November 1 (Monday) to November 30 (Tuesday), 2021.

The “Earl Grey Scented Annona Potato Cheese Tart,” which will be added to the lineup as an autumn-only cheese tart, is a cheese tart with a rich sweetness of Annona baked potato and a gorgeous fragrance of Earl Grey.
Earl Grey Whip & Baked Sweet Potato Cream
The cheese dough is layered with Earl Grey-scented whipped cream, and the center is topped with a generous amount of baked sweet potato cream in the shape of a mont-blanc, which is a combination of baked sweet potatoes from Tanegashima, Kagoshima Prefecture, and custard. The baked sweet potatoes are cut into bite-sized pieces and placed around the baked sweet potatoes to create a rich autumn flavor.
The “Earl Grey Scented Annona Potato Cheese Tart” is also available in a smaller size. The “Earl Grey Scented Annona Imo Cheese Tart – Small Size” will be available at all Pablo/Pablo Mini stores.
