“Lemon custard” cheese tart perfect for early summer
The “Lemon Custard Cheese Tart” is a “sweet and sour” cheese tart perfect for early summer. Cheese dough is layered with lemon confiture with peel and topped with rich custard cream.
Pistachios are added as a finishing touch to add a savory accent. There are two sizes to choose from: a standard size of approximately 15 cm in diameter and an 11 cm diameter size recommended for one or two people.
