The “Italian Pastel Collection” is a popular sweets buffet at Swissôtel Nankai Osaka that features a lineup of brightly colored sweets with a “pastel” theme. 2022 will feature a variety of brightly colored sweets reminiscent of a vacation to southern Italy. The theme for 2022 is “Pastel”.
Sweets include “White Chocolate and Cassis Mousse” topped with a tiara, “Rare Cheesecake and Lemon Cream” in the style of a lollipop, and a variety of other pastel-colored menu items that not only look good but also taste great.
The chocolate fountain, lavishly filled with high-quality Swiss chocolate, is available in white chocolate as well as refreshing lemon chocolate. Dipped dried mangoes, financiers, and marshmallows can be enjoyed. In addition, there is a full lineup of cool summer treats such as vanilla ice cream and strawberry sorbet.
In addition to sweets, the restaurant will also offer savories inspired by familiar Italian dishes such as fritto misto, gnocchi, and penne arrabbiata.
