The theme for this year’s sweets buffet is “Exotic Crush. The theme of this year’s sweets buffet is “Exotic Crush,” and will feature an abundance of summery tropical fruits, especially peaches, and an exotic atmosphere that blends various cultures.
Sweets using peaches include “White Peach and Raspberry, Peach Mousse Cake,” “Yellow Peach Cookie,” and “Peach and Thyme Tarte Bourdaloux,” which offer a variety of sweet peach flavors. There are also sweets with a striking appearance, such as “Mango and Peach Compote with Timut Peppermousse,” which is visually reminiscent of a freshly picked mango.
Other tropical fruit sweets in the lineup include “Long Pepper and Banana Compote Milk Chocolate Mousse,” which combines the sweetness of bananas and milk chocolate with the refreshing aftertaste of long pepper. Also of note are savory dishes featuring meat and seafood dishes from various countries and regions.
