At “The 6th Charm of Cookies”, 120 brands of cookies such as cookies from around the world, Japanese cookies, and canned cookies with eye-catching designs are gathered. This year, the 6th edition, will be held on the largest scale ever.
Focusing on cookie ingredients such as butter and flour
In particular, this time, we will focus on the “ingredients” such as butter and flour, which are the decisive factors for texture and flavor, and sugar and salt, which add individuality and accents to the taste. A variety of cookies such as butter sables and caramel sables from Isny Saint-Omer in France, American cookies from SN Parallel in Osaka, and oatmeal cookies from Obgo Baker in Tokyo are lined up in the store.
