Pistachio & Raspberry Cup Ice Cream
The “Pierre Hermé Signature Pistachio & Raspberry” ice cream cup is a combination of pistachio ice cream with a mild sweetness similar to that of apricot, and concentrated raspberry pulp sauce. The sweet and sour raspberry sauce complements the nutty flavor of the pistachios.
“Caramel Poire” ice cream bites
The “Pierre Hermé Signature Bite-size Ice Cream Caramel & Poire” is an assortment of six bite-size ice creams with a lovely cologne shape. Pear sauce is added to the caramel ice cream, which is then coated with caramel chocolate. The rich flavor of the caramel ice cream is accentuated by the fresh sourness of the pears.
