Qu’il fait bon will hold a “Pistachio Fair,” a fair of “pistachio” tarts, at all its stores from Monday, May 16 to Sunday, May 29, 2022.
Four types of “pistachio” tarts are now available
During the “Pistachio Fair,” a total of four pistachio tarts, including the new tart, will be available in stores. You can enjoy the rich, full flavor of pistachios, the “Queen of Nuts.
New “Pistachio Bavarois and Sweet and Sour Berry Tart”
The new “Pistachio Bavarois and Sweet and Sour Berry Tart” is a dish that offers a harmony of rich pistachio flavor and fresh berries. The crispy tart is layered with homemade berry jam and pistachio bavarois, topped with pistachio sauce and fresh berries. The color contrasts are used to create a gorgeous finish.
Popular tarts such as pistachio & cream cheese and tiramisu tarts are also available.
In addition, three pistachio tarts that were popular in 2021 will also be available. The “Le Gall” cream cheese and pistachio tart combines the popular Le Gall cream cheese tart from Brittany with richly flavored pistachio paste and topped with chopped pistachios. The refined acidity of the cranberries accentuates the flavor of the pistachios.
Also available are the “Pistachio Tiramisu Tart,” a cocoa-flavored pie crust layered with white chocolate and pistachios to create a pistachio and orange flavored tiramisu, and the “Pistachio Tart,” a slow-baked pistachio-filled crust topped with raspberries and pistachio cream.
