Tiara Shaped” Fruit Tart with Juicy Japanese Peaches
Qu’il fait bon’s “tiara-shaped” tart is now available in a limited flavor using juicy peaches. The best peaches from all over Japan are selected and lavishly used to fill a 17cm tart with about 3 pieces.
Underneath the peaches decorated like flowers, two layers of custard cream sweetened with wasanbon and whipped cream were layered. The elegant and delicately flavored cream is a perfect match for the peaches, and the mellow peach aroma can also be enjoyed.
