Qu’il fait bon will sell a monthly tart “Kurozu soybean flour and hojicha tart – shortcake style” to commemorate its 30th anniversary at all Qu’il fait bon stores from April 1 (Fri) to April 30 (Sat), 2022.

Kyoto Kurozu soybean flour cream & hojicha chocolate tart
The “Kurozu Kinako and Hojicha Tart – Shortcake Style,” created by Qu’il fait bon Kyoto Store, is a tart with a Japanese taste using Kyoto ingredients. The tart is filled with a rich combination of Kyoto-grown kurozu soybean flour cream, hojicha chocolate dough, warabi rice cakes, and shiborimame (squeezed beans) in a crunchy tart.
The top is topped with fresh strawberries and cream, giving it a shortcake-like appearance.
The “Kurozu soybean flour and hojicha green tea tart – shortcake style” is the fourth in a series of tarts designed by Qu’il fait bon stores that began in January 2022, and from May, tarts designed by Grand Maison Ginza will be available at its stores.
