Rihga Royal Hotel (Osaka) will sell a total of four types of Christmas cakes at its take-out store, Gourmet Boutique Melissa. Reservations will be accepted from Tuesday, October 25 to Sunday, December 18, 2022, and the cakes will be delivered from Tuesday, December 20 to Sunday, December 25.
We know it’s hard to choose, but reservations for this year’s Christmas cakes from various hotels and restaurants have begun! If there is a cake you would like to try, make a reservation as soon as possible.
Christmas cake to color the Holy Night
Rihga Royal Hotel (Osaka) is rolling out cakes adorably decorated with Santa Claus and Santa Bear for Christmas 2022.
Special cake with the image of “Bear Santa” carrying fruits
The “Gateau de Noel de l’eau – Gift from Bear Santa” is a cute cake filled with red fruits and inspired by the image of “Bear Santa” who brings Christmas gifts in his truck.
The cake consists of five layers of pistachio buttercream, vanilla mousse, berry jelly, berry mousse, and crunchy pistachio dough, surrounded by a biscuit that resembles a stump.
Decorated cake watched over by Santa and his reindeer
The lineup also includes the “Strawberry Decoration Cake,” a rich marriage of sweet and sour strawberries and smooth whipped cream. The adorable decorations of Santa Claus and his reindeer on the top are also a point of interest. There are two sizes to choose from: a 15 cm diameter (whole) and an 11 cm square (square).
Raspberry Jam and Chocolate Roll Cake
The “Buche de Noel with Chocolate Cream” is a softly baked roll cake dough, filled with raspberry jam and coated with chocolate whipped cream. The cake is decorated with Christmas motifs such as Santa Claus and fir trees to create a festive mood.
