RINGO, a freshly baked custard apple pie specialty store, has introduced a limited edition sweet, “Freshly Baked Lemon Custard Apple Pie,” which will be available at 15 stores in Japan for a limited time from May 20, 2021 (Thu).

The “Freshly Baked Lemon Custard Apple Pie” is RINGO’s first lemon flavored apple pie.
The filling consists of diced apples made from “leafless apples” produced in Aomori Prefecture and other ingredients, lemon puree, peel and juice. The custard cream with lemon curd is combined to create a summery flavor with a fresh lemon aroma and a hint of sourness.
